Food Service Manager Certification Program
You will learn, in the ServSafe® Manager's course, about foodborne illness, how to prevent it and how to train employees in food sanitation. We offer the course and examination proctoring. Earn nationally accredited food safety certification.
The program includes food safety training, exams and educational materials to foodservice managers. You can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).
This program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and food sanitation training experience. You will learn how to implement essential food safety practices and create your own culture of food safety. All content and materials presented are based on the specific job tasks identified by foodservice industry.
You will be taught, in the ServSafe® Food Handler's course, the basic food safety practices for preparing and serving food. You will earn your food handler certificate from the foodservice experts, the National Restaurant Association.
